Cancellation policy

  1. Membership Term - All memberships operate on a 12-month minimum term from the start date. Payments are billed monthly. Early cancellation is not permitted unless required by law. 
  2. Included Services - Each membership includes a fixed number of services per 12-month period; Platinum (50), Gold (25), Silver (17), Bronze (12). Applicable to either Haircut or Hair & Beard services depending on the selected package. Services are deducted per completed appointment.
  3. Usage Rules - Services may be used at any time during the membership year and any unused services do not roll over to the following year. Services reset annually on the membership renewal date. Memberships are non-transferable and for individual use only. 
  4. Booking & Attendance - Members must book appointments using Booksy and all booked services intended to be deducted from the membership allocation should be booked as "Members Haircut" or "Members Hair & Beard". Missed appointments or late cancellations will be counted as a used service. Your membership does not confer priority booking advantages. You are responsible for planning and scheduling your appointments in order to maximise the benefits of your memberships.
  5. Payments - Payments are taken automatically each month. Continued failed payments may lead to termination after the minimum term. Booking access may be restricted if payments fail.
  6. Changes & Upgrades - Membership tier changes are only permitted at renewal. Prices are fixed for the duration of the membership term regardless of price changes across non-member services.
